DJM have the ability to manufacture virtually any transmission parts from a reverse engineered one-off gear through to a complete transmission package from fly wheel to output flange.
We machine in-house each and every part from a magnesium gearbox case to an aerospace grade steel input shaft and only use the best outside services where necessary i.e. heat treatment and shot peening.
We produce our own range of 6 speed sequential in-line and transverse gearboxes – magnesium case transfer case with centre differential and an 8” spiral bevel differential for use on both front and rear of vehicles.
